Process flows
Infused-oil softgels
NewRD → SPM → NSI
- Receive and quarantine raw materials; identity test and CoA review (NewRD QC)
- Disperse the botanical extract into tuna oil under nitrogen; homogenise
- Test the fill: active assay, peroxide value, homogeneity
- Prepare the gelatin shell mass [VERIFY: bovine or fish gelatin]
- Encapsulate on a rotary die; tumble and tray-dry at controlled humidity
- Inspect and sort; check weight variation and disintegration (USP <2040>)
- Release bulk softgels against spec; pack in foil-lined, nitrogen-flushed cartons
- Export via NewRD; at NSI run identity test, bottle, seal, label and release
Capsules
NSI
- Receive the CaminACT® complex and mineral chelate with CoAs; identity test
- Weigh and blend; confirm blend uniformity
- Fill vegetable (HPMC) capsules; check fill weight in process
- Bottle, induction-seal and label
- Run finished-product tests and release under 21 CFR 111
Powders
NSI
- Receive collagen peptide (NewRD) and vitamin premix; identity test
- Sieve, then blend with flavour and flow agents; confirm blend uniformity

Regulatory checklist
- Facility registration — SPM and NSI hold FDA food-facility registration; every US shipment carries prior notice.
- Importer obligations — The US importer of record runs a Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) for each Thai supplier [VERIFY: importer of record].
- Dietary supplement cGMP — Finished supplements are manufactured, packed and released under 21 CFR Part 111.
- New dietary ingredient review — Infused-oil formats and new botanicals are checked for new-dietary-ingredient notification needs before launch [VERIFY: NDI assessment].
- Allergen labelling — Products containing tuna oil or tuna collagen declare fish (tuna) as a major allergen.
- Organic claims — The word "organic" and the USDA seal appear on labels only after certification is confirmed.
- Pet and canned foods — Pet products follow US animal-feed rules; canned seafood is made by a registered low-acid canned-food processor (21 CFR 113 and 123).
